چکیده

Abstract In Malaysia, road pavements are frequently damaged by the accumulation of water on surface caused heavy rain, due to humid climate. The presence within asphaltic concrete mixture particles may impede their workability. Exposure towards natural phenomenon such as rain can be main cause related inside asphalt pavements. To improve conditions for users, it is necessary consider alternative pavement designs. This study proposes using rubber crumb modifier its water-impermeable characteristic will able enhance performance standard mixtures reduce moisture sensitivity. Subsequently, Marshall Mix Design method was utilized conduct Indirect Tensile Strength tests in order achieve objectives this study. A total 16 samples were prepared study, comprising combinations well with different percentages (0%, 4%, 6%, and 8%) relative overall weight mixtures. comparison typical way mixture, sample that a had substantially greater value strength based Test results. As expected from findings presents reduces conclude, incorporating enhances effectiveness resisting
